Sarah Nathan is a third-year law student at Yale Law School. Sarah is from Toledo, Ohio, and she received her B.A. in Environmental Studies and Community & Justice Studies from Allegheny College in 2018. During her time in law school, Sarah has focused her studies on labor and employment law and immigration law. She draws motivation for her scholarship from her work with undocumented clients in the New Haven community, which she does through Yale Law School’s HAVEN Medical-Legal Partnership. After law school, Sarah hopes to continue working on issues at the intersection of labor and employment and immigration, particularly the underenforcement of labor laws in immigrant-dominated industries.
