Cynthia E. Nance (Cyndi), is Dean Emeritus and Nathan G. Gordon Professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law and serves as the law school’s Director of Pro Bono and Community Engagement She teaches Labor Law, Employment Law, Workplace Legislation and Poverty Law. Professor Nance’s articles appear in journals including the Iowa Law Review, Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, Iowa Law Review, Rutgers Law Review, and Brandeis Law Review.
